A more orderly route to handover
Room-by-room planning
We set tasks from the property's layout, condition and furnished status.
Deadline awareness
We organise the cleaning window around your confirmed handover time.
Extras identified early
Carpets, appliances and heavy build-up are discussed before the visit.
Detailed cleaning before keys change hands
A move already brings enough deadlines without an unclear cleaning plan. We organise end of tenancy cleaning for tenants, landlords, letting agents and property managers preparing for check-out, inspection or re-letting. The agreed tasks can cover kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, cupboards, floors, skirting, fixtures and internal surfaces. We assess the property by room and current condition, paying attention to the areas most likely to affect the handover. An empty home often gives better access, but we can also discuss furnished properties and the limits created by remaining belongings.

The right scope for the property's condition
General cleaning does not automatically include every intensive task. Carpet treatment, heavy build-up and detailed appliance work should be identified when you enquire, so we can allow suitable time. Property size, furnishing, utilities and the handover date all affect the plan. We ask you to remove unwanted belongings and explain where keys will be collected. At the end, the agreed list provides a practical basis for a walkthrough. We don't promise decisions made by landlords or agents, but we make the cleaning scope clear before work starts.
Frequently asked questions
Does the property need to be empty before cleaning?
An empty property usually gives us clearer access, but we can discuss furnished homes. Please remove personal items and unwanted belongings, and tell us what furniture will remain before we scope the work.
Is carpet treatment included in the general clean?
We treat carpet cleaning as an additional task unless it is specifically included in the agreed list. Tell us about stains, room sizes and carpet condition so we can discuss what the visit should cover.
What must be available on the cleaning day?
We need agreed access and working utilities where the task requires them. Please confirm key collection, parking or entry instructions, the handover deadline and a contact for any questions during the clean.
